In an industry that is filed with Producers & Artist and more Producers becoming Artist, roles have changed, this is due to the fact that technology has allowed for great possibilities like the invent of Auto tune, this has allowed many aspiring Producers to Develop there vocal ideals to point where they can now either demo and even perform on a record.  Well is all good as a matter of fact this is great however this is not the end of the road this is just the beginning of the journey.

Talent is in an abundant but talent like anything needs a good home, direction and guidance.  This is where Chief of Staff Jason Bruyninga (or know by many as THIRTY) comes into the Picture; with a rock solid pulse on music, his primary responsibility is to see to that all music production is top notch and to keep the production team on there toes.
